Shipping Information

We currently ship to the Australia, Canada, Japan, US & Europe.

Shipping costs will depend on the order value of the customer. All orders over 45 purchase value include free shipping.

At Bamplio, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before finalizing your order to prevent any delivery mishaps. In the event of an error on our part, we will take full responsibility and ensure the original order reaches you without any additional charges.

For added protection, we offer Insured Shipping methods to safeguard against lost packages during transit. If you opt not to choose the Insured Shipping option at checkout and your package goes missing in transit, Bamplio cannot be held liable or offer replacements.

We aim to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt. Please be aware, however, that delays may occur due to public holidays or unforeseen events.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy

All our customers have the right to revoke their orders within 15 days of receipt. The total cost of the product will be refunded, subject to a 5.99 logistical fee deducted from the refund amount.

The product must be returned in pristine condition and in its original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will either refund the purchase price or exchange the product, depending on the customer's preference.
